Part ONE: How ELSE You Get Parasitic Worms To Swim Around Your Body and Poke Holes Through Your Gut and Eyeballs…

I love sushi. When I first started dating, if it wasn’t for certain sushi’s aphrodiasiac properties, I would not have… umm… so much to owe sushi. Italian food, French food, and any other romance food is delicious for first dates too. But when all your blood rushes to your stomach and your arteries get clogged with fatty globules… let’s just say your blood is rushing to the wrong organ.

[A Quick ASIDE:] Of all the sushi joints in all the world, I owe a great deal to Station Sushi. I strongly recommend it on some random Thursday night. The crowd is young. The sake is cheap. The music is thumping hiphop. The servers are just plain gorgeous. And if you walk in on a summer evening, half of the crowd will be covered in beach sand from their surf trunks to their bikini tops. Station sushi sits on the most beautiful coast line cliff in all of Southern California

I love sushi so much, I once walked into another sushi restaurant an hour before it reopened for dinner. Have you ever wondered why sushi restaurants have to close for three hours anyways? I don’t wonder anymore. I know.

DO NOT LOOK AT THIS PICTURE FROM STANFORD UNIVERSITY

On this fateful day, I walked in. The sushi chefs ushered me back out like big bouncer cherubs guarding the only entry back into the Garden of Eden. I sweet talked and begged my way back in. I sat at the bar. I should have surrendered to the will of God. For what I saw next permanently scarred my retina. Literally.

Each of the three sushi chefs had two impliments they were using. One was a sushi knife as you’d expect. The other, a pair of tweezers.

They would cut each fillet in half first. Then methodically, slowly, precisely, they would apply their tweezers to little swirls in the flesh of the freshly quartered fish. When they retracted their tweezers, one single white hair-like fiber would follow.

Trying to protect my sanity, my conscious mind asked innocently, “are you deveining the fish?”

With a condemning look, the same sushi chef who tried to push me back out said, “No. I am preparing the fish for you to eat. I am pulling out the live parasitic worms.”

(Pause for run to bathroom)

The reason this post is entitled, “If YOU’VE Ever Eaten Sushi…” is because most of you gentle readers will not be Japanese or Korean. The above fear generally does NOT apply to people who eat like the Japanese or Koreans.

What I mean by that is that of all the white girl dates and white people friends I’ve taken to sushi, very few of them enjoyed the seaweed nori, ate the seaweed salad, or piled on the wasabi.

“It’s too spicy!” Several dates said.

“It’s too slimy!” Many of my college beer buddies said.

But there is a method to the ancient cultural madness. You didn’t actually think that Korean and Japanese actually LIKE that slimy and nuclear hot crap do you? The only reason they eat the stuff agressively is because:

1. Wasabi contains isothiocyanates that actually kill microbes bacteria and parasitic worms including, E. coli, V. parahaemolyticus B. cereus. The isothiocyanates have even been proven to destroy cancer cells. (source: JBNI Scientists and Physicians )

2. Seaweed has extremely powerful anti-trichomonal properties that even kill sexually transmitted parasitic worms. The chemical properties of seaweed actually destroy the mucus membranes that shield worms and cancer cells from your white blood cells and stomach acid. (source: JBNI Scientists and Physicians )

What I learned: When I take a date to sushi, if she peels off the seaweed and say’s, “no, thank you” to wasabi, we go Dutch for that meal. And THAT is as far as we ever go.

Men lose hair due to decreasing testosterone and increasing LDL Cholesterol that lead to microcapillary clogging (yes, I’m saying that french fries are a major cause of hair loss). Also, genetic factors can cause people to lose hair faster – some families tend to lose hair as soon as their early twenties.

If you think that you are losing too much hair, don’t be discouraged. Hair growth is directly related to circulation, and there are quite a few things that affect circulation that you can use to your advantage.

After all, how can you eat your pudding if you don’t eat your meat?

Eat your red meat. Eating protein causes the body to go into a state of ketosis. Ketosis burns sugar and fat. Sugar and fat in your system lead to LDL cholesterol buildup in your circulatory system. When your circulatory system is clogged it inhibits the delivery of blood, oxygen, and nutrients to your hair follicles, thus preventing optimal hair growth. Red meat is an excellent source of protein, so if you want to boost your hair growth eat more red meat – the rarer the better. After all, how can you eat your pudding if you don’t eat your meat?

Massage your scalp three times a day with very hot water. Massage promotes circulation to the areas that have been restricted by clogging of microcapillaries.

Soak with salt water. Use kosher sea salt or epsom salt and soak the affected area. You may want to soak a washcloth and then apply it to your scalp. A salt soak will draw toxins from your body through osmosis, which means that it is easier for your blood to transport oxygen and nutrients to your cells

If all of this isn’t good enough for you then to supercharge your hair loss prevention and help it grow back, look into Cirrin – an herbal formula that promotes clear blood circulation (and one of our best selling products). In fact, it’s not just for hair loss – you also should feel a greater blood flow and athletic ability due to it’s arterial, vein, and capillary clearing power. The Noagin Super Antioxidant contains Astaxanthin and Zeaxanthin that is scientifically known to dramatically stop LDL cholesterol from clogging your scalp blood vessles. To accelerate Cirrin’s effects, take it in addition to increasing your protein intake, scalp massages, and salt soaks.

How will you know if your efforts are paying off? Pay attention to your fingernails. If your nails are growing faster, then, by the same action, your hair is growing faster as well. Sometimes the loss is faster than regrowth, so the difference may not be immediately dramatic because regrowth takes time. Still, in the short term you will be losing less hair than you would if you were neglecting these important factors.

An easy way to tell how well Cirrin is working is to simply write down the dates of when you clip your fingernails and how often. You’ll find that after taking Cirrin, you will clip your nails more often. Most women don’t have to write down the date – they know Cirrin works because they have regular hair salon appointments that get more and more frequent. In fact, many women complain that in addition to purchasing the Cirrin, they also pay more per year to their stylist!

Diuretics work in the kidney and flush excess water and sodium from the body. They are sometimes called “water pills.”

Beta–blockers reduce nerve impulses to the heart and blood vessels that make the heart beat slower and with less force.

Angiotensin–converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors cause the blood vessels to relax. ACE inhibitors prevent the formation of a hormone called angiotensin II, which normally causes the blood vessels to narrow.

Angiotensin antagonists shield the blood vessels from angiotensin II. As a result, the vessels become wider.

Calcium channel blockers prevent calcium from entering the muscle cells of the heart and blood vessels. This causes the blood vessels to relax.

Alpha–blockers reduce nerve impulses to the blood vessels, which allows the blood to pass more easily.

Alpha–beta–blockers work the same way as alpha-blockers but also slow the heartbeat, as beta–blockers do. As a result, less blood is pumped through the vessels.

Nervous system inhibitors relax blood vessels by controlling nerve impulses. This causes the blood vessels to become wider.

Vasodilators directly open the blood vessels by relaxing the muscle in the vessel walls.

Hair loss is a bear to fix. It’s so hard, most people will either have a doctor poke transplant your hair into neat little crop lines or apply some really toxic and harsh chemical to your noggin. And to explain why it’s so hard, they say it’s your DNA. Whenever a pro says something is caused by your DNA, most people just let go and accept that it’s unchallengeable. That’s why they say it.

The reality is actually a simpler than that. Hair loss is caused by the roots of your hair not having enough energy to keep growing new hair. Logical right?

Well now that we are at a point that we can all agree is not rocket science, let’s break this down. These are the reasons why your hair looses the energy to keep growing.

1. LDL Cholesterol.
Your cells get all clogged with plaque and caking from that doughnut and french toast you ate. Your blood transport cells or micro capillaries get clogged. So you can imagine that your hair roots won’t get the necessary nutrients, oxygen, and blood they need to grow.

2. Polution.
Polution also creates resistance and weakens your body’s ability to circulate blood.

3. Stress.
Stress releases specific hormones and causes a chemical reaction that favors only life sustaining vital organ functions. Hair doesn’t qualify.

4. Testosterone.
When your testosterone levels decrease, your hair starts falling out. Stop doing things that burn your testosterone (use your imagination).

5. DNA.
Yep. Had to say it. Some of you are the healthiest eaters out there and make sure you meditate, and detox yourself daily. You still loose hair. This does NOT mean you can’t reverse the process. This simply means you have to work harder to reverse the cause: “not enough energy going to the roots of your hair follicles.”

BONUS: As far as biochemistry goes: 5α-Dihydrotestosterone, abbreviated 5α-DHT, is known as the direct reason your hair falls out. But in reality, it’s the cause of the reason your hair falls out. Suffice it to say that DHT chokes your hairs ability to grow on your scalp later in life and increases your back and chest body hair. So all we have to do is stop the DHT from stopping the circulation. So again, it just comes back to circulation to your scalp.

Totally Free Ways to Start Growing Your Hair Back.

1-4. Look at the top four items above and stop them.
5. Take hot showers and massage your scalp for about half an hour three times a day. This dramatically promotes blood circulation to the roots of your hair. Or in the case where you have no hair, it’ll start stimulating the hair cells to grow roots where there are none.
6. Soak your scalp in hot Kosher Sea Salt water for 20 minutes a day twice. The salt will draw out toxins and promote circulation by osmosis.
7. Keep your scalp warm. This also promotes circulation.

Aggressive Yet Totally Gentle Ways to Speed Up the Process

1. JBNI’s Biodrux Cirrin.
Cirrin is a 100% Natural Herbal formula designed for maximum healthy blood flow in all your blood vessels from your arteries to your veins and all the way down to your smallest capillaries.

Admittedly, unless you get dramatic results, it’s hard to see hair growing. It’s even harder to tell if your hair thins at the same pace. In clearly bald spots it’s easier. But to guage if Cirrin is working, see if you end up clipping your fingernails more frequently. Women taking Cirrin often complain that their hair dresser bill double due to more frequent visits.

2. Use Tao Salt.
Regular Salt is 400 TIMES bigger in molecular size than the Tao Salt molecule. You can imagine how much more effective it would be. Actually, Tao Salt is supposed to eaten. The same thing it does for your scalp, it’s proven to do for all your vital organs inside your body, including your brain.

3. Take Immortal’s Black Garlic. It boosts strong hormones – a lot (from personal experience – ed).

BONUS: and do anything else that will promote your circulation to your scalp. Jogging is not going to do the trick. Cardiovascular exercise only directly targets the parts of your body having to do with your arteries and general circulatory system. Last I checked, your scalp is not a part of your vascular system =P

It’s fairly common knowledge that free radicals cause cancer. Few people seem to understand this process or how to lock down free radicals. A free radical is a chemistry / physics term describing a molecule that is missing an electron.

These molecules mutate healthy cells and healthy DNA by stealing just one molecule from them before they replicate (electron valences try to balance out naturally).

In the case of Low Density Lipoprotien Cholesterol or LDL Cholesterol, free radicals oxidize the LDLs. The result is plaque that restricts bloodflow in veins, arteries, and even capilaries. These series of blockages can be as harmless as killing circulation to your hair follicles (which is the cause of thinning hair – hair loss) to as serious as blocking blood to a part of your brain (which is the cause of stroke). And depending on which part of the brain this is, oxidation can cause a stroke that causes a severe fall, car accident, or even a heart attack.

This is to say that if your LDL cholesterol never oxidized, they would never clog any arteries, veins, or even capillary blood vessels (the reason your hair falls out).

Cancer is what happens when free radicals mutate healthy dna and create mutated living cells that have the ability to reproduce just like your unmutated healthy cells. Cancer cells compete against non mutated cells (your normal liver, prostate, pancrease, ovaries, lungs, breast tissue, etc) for your life force.
