Every month, your uterous has to discard it’s lining. Ideally, with perfect timing, your hypothalamus shoots out Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). Your pituitary feels the tickle of GnRH and produces Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing hormone (LH). The bigger party coaxes your ovaries to produce estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone completing the secret handshake that authorizes your uterine lining to reboot.

As you can see, a lot of things can go wrong here.

Everything from stress (which releases cortisol, GH and norepinephrine (more hormones)), to carbs, to delicious sugar, to lack of sleep, to polution, to fatigue, to poor nutrition, and anything else you can throw in, directly damages the precision of your menstrual cycle. And we all know what that feels like. We call it PMS but the “M” probably should stand for “menace.”

The “Journal of Reproductive Medicine,” says that women who report symptoms of PMS, consume three times the amount of sugar as women who do not report symptoms.

And you women can do it

Your PMS can commonly get bad enough to destroy your work relationships and even your love life. We’ve all seen this happen to someone we know.

Finally, after decades of compromising between maintaining a precision menstrual hormonal balance vs. living a productive yet stressful life in society laced with Cosmotinis, your monthly cycle pauses. But menopause doesn’t happen without a fight. And it fights you tooth and nail.

Women who call in to JBNI.us Naturaceuticals report symptoms so severe that they include the desire to commit suicide, severe depression, extreme anger, cold sweats and hot flashes so hot that they’ve had to change their sheets and take showers in the middle of the night, crushing migraines and worse yet, the inability to go to the bathroom for days.

cold sweats and hot flashes so hot that they’ve had to change their sheets and take showers in the middle of the night

Until recently, one of the most common doctor recommended response to menopausal symptoms was “hormone replacement therapy or HRT.” Logical isn’t it? Your period stops and the agony of menopause starts since your estrogen and progesterone hormone levels drop after about 40 years of PMSing.

But now, doctors are less eager to recommend hormone replacement therapy. After decades of recommendations and observation, it is now clear that HRT presents several side-effects

1. Increased risk of endometrial cancer
2. Slightly higher risk of breast cancer
3. Blood clots leading to:
4. Somewhat higher risk of stroke and heart attack
5. Increased risk of gallbladder disease
We could go on but we’re not in the business of depressing you

So what do we recommend you do? We recommend that you listen to women who have 100% totally eliminated their PMS and Menopause aggravation. They swear by “Cycalign” for PMS and “Fountin” for menopause.

Even though supplemental antioxidants fail to increase maximum lifespan, they do increase the chances of living to the maximum lifespan – Ohio State Physics Dept

Pretty much from the moment you are conceived, the forces of nature try to break you back down. If your mom lives in an externally toxic environment or an emotionally toxic environment, you have it even worse. Then you grow up and eat things that accelerate the damage you naturally incur anyways. Even on an atomic level, when a molecule lacks one electron, making it unstable, that molecule steals electrons from perfectly healthy dna molecules putting a “bug” in your DNA duplication process. This is why you age and wrinkle, and perfectly healthy cells mutate into cancer cells.

Astaxanthin and Zeaxanthin found in NOAGIN reverses toxic damage to your organs, skin and nervous system. Technically, it pauses aging beginning at the DNA molecular level

OK. So you may not have ever heard of either Zeaxanthin or Astaxanthin. The reason is simple. The scientific community didn’t know anything about them either. Heck, Vitamins were only discovered about 70 years ago! Doctors had no idea why sailors died from scurvy on long boat rides. Elmer V. McCollum and M. Davis discovered vitamin A from 1912–1914

By eliminating free radicals from cells through genetic means and dietary restriction, laboratories have extended the maximum age of laboratory animals – Ohio State Physics Dept

Zeaxanthin is a super antioxidant that somehow manages to work its way from your digestive system to your head and eyes. It preserves your optic nerves and your sensory nerves. It also gives your skin back the youthful health of, well, your youth. Loosing Zeaxanthin (which has a dense brown color) over age is what ‘makes your brown eyes blue.’ Oddly, most antioxidants can’t get transported up there.

“The biological mechanisms governing retinal capture and accumulation of lutein and zeaxanthin, to the exclusion of other carotenoids, are still poorly understood” – Pub Med

Astaxanthin is the most powerful super antioxidant known to man but does most all of it’s cellular rejuvination work below the neck. Astaxanthin is most remarkable in your vital organs like your liver (if you’ve ever been hung over, try Biodrux NOAGIN and ask yourself how you feel 10 minutes later). But more than just your organs like kindeys, spleen, pancreas, and lungs, if you’ve ever experienced that stressed muscle cramping kink, using NOAGIN (atleast to me) releases that cramped stiffness within minutes. NOAGIN basically overhauls your internal nerves and vital organs from years of aging and toxin related damage.

super antioxidants stop aging. Yep. You read it correctly

Now, the bigger question, why are super antioxidants important? Basically, super antioxidants stop aging. Yep. You read it correctly. Eventually, scientist had to find the molecular and genetic mechanism of aging didn’t they? They did.

Let’s deal with how aging happens. In the same way that sailors in the early 1900’s didn’t know that Vitamin C was needed to prevent scurvy and death, until recent genetic science developments, people didn’t know that DNA doesn’t make a perfect copy of itself. In fact, just like copying an 8-Track to a cassette tape, there can be serious mutations in the cell splitting and reproduction department. This is cancer. Cancer is just your own cells that have mutated into a new and noncompatible life-form inside your body.

On a less severe scale, if your cells can’t reproduce perfectly from one generation to the next, even the collagen in your skin deteriorates leaving you with dry wrinkles and even hair-loss. But in all of these cases, what prevents your DNA from replicating perfectly are molecules called “free radicals.” They oxidate your DNA.

As if destroying the integrity of your core building blocks weren’t bad enough, free radicals make the LDL cholesterol found in your favorite golden arched french fries turn into artery clogging plaque. This causes high blood pressure that leads to heart attacks and stroke.

Cancer is just your own cells that have mutated into a new and noncompatible life-form inside your body… If you had no free radicals, LDL Cholesterol would never oxidize, LDL would never turn into artery blocking plaque – You could eat all the donuts and fries you want

So, what this means is that if you want to prevent the molecular level cell damage of oxidation, you need super antioxidants. Simple, no? Astaxanthin and Zeaxanthin even prevents free radicals from oxidizing your french fry and donut LDL cholesterol. Think about it. If you had no free radicals, LDL Cholesterol would never oxidize, LDL would never turn into artery blocking plaque (though you’d still be just as adorably chubby).

To make things even more simple, my client JBNI, actually produces two formulas with the most powerful super antioxidants known to man. NOAGIN contains Astaxanthin and Lutein. NOAGIN for Children contains additionally contains Zeaxanthin too. So which should you pick? Well, depends. While NOAGIN for Children contains Astaxanthin, Lutein, and Zeaxanthin, it is also diluted when compared to the Adult formula. What I do is just take 4 childrens caps for every one adult cap I would have taken. That leaves me the best of both worlds!

Like any medical problem, proper diagnosis is half the battle. So assuming you’ve already tried drinking more water and turning off the loud music, this series will help you identify and treat your headaches, while teaching you everything you need to know about the pain in your head that becomes a pain in the ass.

The Girly Girl: Hormone Headaches

Hormone headaches are for women only, because they are a direct result of menstruation and the concurrent hormonal changes. There are two main types: PMS headache and menstrual migraine. A PMS headache comes right before your period along with the rest or your PMS symptoms (fatigue, acne, joint pain, constipation, cravings, etc). For obvious reasons there’s not much to be done about a PMS headache, except consider yourself lucky that they only occur a few days a month.

A menstrual migraine can occur before, during, or after your period, or during ovulation (doesn’t seem like there’s many days left, huh?) Menstrual migraines have all the same signs of a typical migraine (throbbing head pain, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound) but are less likely to include the blind spots and wavy lines of an aura.

Just like with a regular migraine, talk to your doctor about what treatments might be best for you.

…Their findings are not conclusive but may signify a need for additional attention to patients’ cardiovascular risk factors

“The Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) of the National Institutes of Health followed more than 160,000 postmenopausal U.S. women for up to 15 years, examining risk factors for and potential preventive measures against cardiovascular disease, cancer and osteoporosis. For the current study, the research team began with data from more than 136,000 WHI participants who were not taking antidepressant drugs when they entered the study. At their first follow-up visit, either one or three years after study entry, about 5,500 of those women reported currently taking an antidepressant. The research team compared that group’s subsequent history of cardiovascular disease with that of participants who had not started taking antidepressants.”

“Women participating in the Women’s Health Initiative study who reported taking an antidepressant drug had a small but statistically significant increase in the risk of stroke and of death compared with participants not taking antidepressants. The authors of a report in the December 14 Archives of Internal Medicine note that their findings are not conclusive but may signify a need for additional attention to patients’ cardiovascular risk factors.” Via Harvard Research

The wrong jeans. For some, jeans can be daunting. Unless you fit into a certain set of body types, you’re out of luck at the mall and unfortunately ill-fitting jeans are uncomfortable and very unflattering. But guess what – I’m about to rock your world – you can order custom jeans online. That means that you can, for real, get the perfect jeans for you. Try to avoid jeans that go above your bellybutton, stick with the darker shades, and only go to skinny jeans if you’re really sure. I highly recommend the wide waist band with double buttons.

The Condoleeza Rice Cake

Scowling. This makes you look old for a number of reasons. It wrinkles up your face, enhances your frowny muscles, and makes you look grumpy. Try to save scowling for when you really need it and use your serene face for pondering or remembering. Sometimes serene also works for menacing.

Being closed minded. Let’s face it – we’re more open minded when we are younger. People tend to get more set in their ways and less likely to try new things as they get older. Perhaps it is because they become wiser, who knows. Still, if your goal is to stay young looking and feeling be sure to keep trying new things. Nothing looks younger than a person who is eager to explore.

Just when we get over feeling older than we are and then feeling smarter than we were, we have to worry about looking older than we feel. If you feel like your image is stuck in a rut, remember these tips to reflect your inner youth rather than your outer habits.

Rethink your hair style. Is your hair color too harsh? Sometimes vibrant shades can reflect poorly on the skin. Try to find a hair color that complements your complexion in a naturally rich way, rather than choosing something that will pop ala Cyndi Lauper who is, of course, a perfect example of this. Not only is she one of the greatest musical artists of our time, she also demonstrated beautifully how to make this transition.

Don’t forget your hairstyle, either. I’m not going to say that certain hairstyles look inherently older than others, but I do recommend changing your style every once in a while because then it will always seem new rather than old.

Overdressing – this includes too much makeup. Ladies, I know it’s fun to dress up but unless you are going to the opera furs and gloves just seem odd. Wear rhinestones and sparkly garments with caution. Obvious foundation and caked on eye makeup are the mink stole of cosmetics.

Most women can fake their way through fatigue or food cravings, but it’s hard to disguise the anatomical equivalent to being punched in the gut. Luckily, there’s another way out: sex.

Menstrual cramps are caused by prostaglandins, a substance naturally produced in the body. They signal your uterus to contract, moving menstrual blood out of your body. Well, there’s another and much more delightful way to contract your uterus, and that’s through orgasm. This aids in releasing excess prostaglandins and increases the flow of menstrual blood, resulting in fewer cramps.

For this much to occur any old orgasm will do, which means you don’t necessarily have to have sex. However one fun fact you never learned in health class is that semen contains prostaglandins as well, which can not only lessen cramps, it can sometimes shorten the period process altogether.

Wait, that doesn’t make sense: orgasm gets rid of prostaglandins but semen produces them? Well, think of your uterus as Afghanistan: the more troops you send in, the faster they can come back out. Force your uterus to contract more during sex and orgasm, and your period is over faster than before and with less pain.

(And in case anyone out there is still stuck on the old patriarchal thinking of menstrual blood as “unclean,” know that other than personal hangups there’s absolutely nothing unhealthy wrong with having sex during your period. Take that Old Testament.)

Of course, even sex can’t solve all of your problems, so don’t complain when excessive fornication hasn’t freed you from pain. For help with cramps that doesn’t come with the risk of chlamydia: See JBNI’s Cycalign.
Most women have a slight asymmetry (as with the rest of the body), and even having a more significant difference in the size of your breasts is by no means a guarantee of future breast cancer. However, if you have more than a minor difference it would be wise to stay vigilant with your breast exams and mammograms. Regardless of your symmetry, if you ever find that one of your breasts has changed in shape, size, or texture consult your doctor right away.

Information on this condition is spotty at best. Many women are too embarrassed to report it, others are misdiagnosed as sex addicts, and still others fall victim to the tabloids, who are more interested in sparking people’s interest in fantasy and scandal than in reporting news.

In short, PGAD is a state of constant arousal in women, unconnected to outside stimuli and worst of all: unaffected by orgasm. That’s right, women with this condition will easily go through dozens if not hundreds of orgasms a day without ever achieving a sense of satisfaction. Some will be set off by the smallest things – hairdryers, cell phones, moving trains – others will climax from talking about the condition.

Sounds great for the guys, right? Wrong. Some women report pushing their husbands away as much as possible, since they cherish every moment that is free of arousal. Other men leave or get dumped because their girlfriend or wife has stopped finding any satisfaction or happiness with them, even after hours of apparent passion and multiple orgasms.

Some women report getting taken advantage of by selfish lovers who take their constant orgasms as an excuse to just lie there.

Doctors are currently working to diagnose this strange and unexplainable condition. As of yet there is no clear cause, since onset has occurred in women of different ages with different apparent causes. Some claim it started with a change in medication, others during pregnancy. The need for proper diagnoses and treatment is greater than most people realize: the side effects of PGAD are depression and suicide. Some have voluntarily committed themselves to mental institutions.

So many women struggle with finding even one orgasm, it’s hard to understand such horrible problems stemming from an abundance of them. But PGAD sufferers face ridicule, embarrassment and sarcasm, even from their doctors. Their work is interrupted and their relationships destroyed. And all of this comes with an unending feeling of desire that can never be satisfied.

As one sufferer reminds us, “Anything unrelenting is torture.”

Nutrition. Your body makes your nails, so the quality of the nails that you grow is directly related to whether your body has the supplies that it needs to build them. Corrina Richards recommends fortifying your diet with lots of fruits and raw vegetables, foods with lots of sulfur, silicon and biotin. Keep your body hydrated, drink carrot juice daily, and consider kelp, spirulina, or royal jelly supplements to strengthen your nails. For more detailed information on nutrition for your nails, visit Corrina’s blog.

Avoid contact with harsh chemicals. This is why we invented those rubber dish gloves. The chemicals in many household cleaning products can wreak havoc on your hands and nails. Avoid them if you can but if you can’t do your best to limit exposure, and afterward wash carefully and moisturize well.

Moisturize often. Get a good hand cream that is thick but not greasy and keep it with you. Keep your skin moisturized and be sure to massage your hands and cuticles during application.

Don’t pick or chew! Need I say more?

Keep your nails fairly short. 1/4″ is a good length to start with because it is easy to maintain and won’t break as easily while you’re getting used to maintaining them.

Buff, don’t polish. Polish is great if you’re likely to maintain it, but if you can maintain polish without letting it chip and peel you’re already past this basic guide. The trouble with polish is that it takes a buff and several coats to do properly, and then you have to do it all again. Instead, give your nails a quick buff and you’ll end up with a polished look without the chips and hassle.

Don’t file the sides of your nails. Weakening the sides of your nails will make them more likely to split, break, or cause hangnails.

Use a file instead of clippers.

Push your cuticles back gently rather than cutting them.

So, what to do about all of the products that you’re supposed to buy? The truth is, you don’t really need that many, and the ones you do need are pretty inexpensive.

I recommend the following items for your beginner’s nail kit:

Nail file: There are many kinds of nail files and they are all fairly inexpensive. I like glass files because you can wash them, but other kinds are also very popular. If you go into a beauty supply store such as Sally Beauty and you’re not sure which one to get, ask the sales representative to point you in the right direction.

Cuticle nipper: Get one of these to deal with pesky hangnails. I don’t cut my cuticles, but this nipper comes in very handy for precision hangnail removal. This one is about $16 on Amazon, but you can find them in a range of prices at any beauty supply store.

Cuticle pusher: Basically, it’s just a pointed stick. You can find a pack of ten or twelve for just a few bucks at a beauty supply store or any place that sells manicure items.

Nail buffer: There are quite a few of these around. The key is to get the two sided kind that shines your nails to a polish-like gloss. They are cheap enough to try a couple brands at the store but if you don’t mind dropping about $18 you can get a set of them online.

Hand cream: There are many types of moisturizers out there, so find the one that you like the best. I prefer my hand cream to be somewhat thick and not at all greasy. If you want to you can purchase a separate cuticle cream, but I just use a nice, heavy Kiehl’s body lotion for both. If your cuticles are really dry and you need extra attention in that area, try Biodrux’s Total Skin Balm to restore your skin to a soft, healthy state.

The quick manicure:

File your nails down to about 1/4″ using a one-way stroke toward the center of the nail. In other words, don’t saw at your nails like a lumberjack. Round off the edges a bit and shape the nails to your liking, but don’t file the sides or you will weaken the nails.

Soak your fingers in soapy water. I am never patient enough to sit around and soak my nails, so I just do my nail routine at the same time as my shower. After filing and shaping your nails, hop in the shower and do your normal thing. Then when you get out, go to step 3.

Moisturize your hands, taking time to massage the palms, fingers and cuticles. Use the wooden pusher to gently push back your cuticles, being careful not to damage them or scrape the nail underneath.

Buff your nails, using the slightly gritty side first to smooth the surface of the nail. Then, switch to the shiny side and rub them over your nails until they are nice and glossy. If you purchase a multi-sided buffer they generally come with instructions on which side to use first. Keep the buffer somewhere convenient and touch up your shine anytime.

Try this easy routine and you’ll have the nice looking, no fuss nails you’ve always dreamed of.
